The first step in securing your trade mark protection is receiving your Brand Protection Strategy. In the Brand Protection Strategy, we analyse your brand/s and provide formal legal advice relating to your prospective trade mark application/s. This will include a list of classes relevant to your brand/s (with a snapshot of goods/services), a breakdown of your branding elements, registrability advice, high risk searching advice, and costs related to drafting the specification/s, alongside preparing and filing the application/s. We provide the Brand Protection Strategy at a cost of £75+VAT for one trade mark application and £25+VAT for each additional application.
