There is so much variety of extremely technical legal work that we carry out on a day-to-day basis. This ranges from devising arguments and presenting evidence in support of trade mark applications that have been objected to by examiners for not passing the registrability test, to dealing with complex negotiations and legal proceedings.

We will be providing insights into what really goes on behind the scenes on this page and it will be updated regularly. Please note that all clients have provided consent to the information released. Very happy clients at that!

Bear with us, we only started this page at the beginning of 2023, and will be adding more cases shortly.
